ASBPE Chicago Spring Networking Event May 20

ASBPE Chicago is hosting networking event on May 20 in Schaumburg, Ill. Mingle with your fellow Chicago-area trade journalists and editors!

Entry includes free appetizers and a cash bar. This event is FREE to ASBPE members, $10 for nonmembers. (Join ASBPE today at www.asbpe.org or sign up on May 20 so that you can enjoy future networking events at no charge.)

Please bring business cards and copies of your magazine to share.

February 29, 2008: ASBPE Chicago to host Winter Workshop

ASBPE Chicago hopes to answer these questions and more as we present "Down and Dirty with Digital Media" on February 29, 2008.

We'll have official sign-up in the next month; however, this is a workshop you won't want to miss and space is limited.

ASBPE Chicago Fall Networking Roundup

Thank you to everyone who attended last night's Fall Networking Event at Rivers downtown.

Each of the nearly 30 people in attendance looked like they were having a good time.

The Board is beginning to plan another networking event but we could use your help. If you would like suggest a venue, a site, a networking icebreaker, we would love to hear it.

ASBPE Chicago Chapter Free Fall Networking Night

Chicago business press editors are invited to the ASBPE Chicago Chapter's Fall Networking Event, being held on Thursday, November 8, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The event will take place at Rivers Restaurant, 30 S. Wacker Drive, 30 S. Wacker Drive, (click to see map) , Chicago, phone number: 312-559-1515

The event is free to current and new members and will include three hours of sumptuous appetizers. There will be a cash bar and plenty of opportunities for networking with fellow Chicago editors.

Rivers is located at the lobby level of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Building at Madison and Wacker Drive, a few blocks from Northwestern Station and Union Station. Two-hour complimentary validated parking after 5 p.m.
