Paul Deffenbaugh provided a case study in converting a print magazine into a digital-only format.





Aligning your online brand with your print brand was the final topic of discussion with Anne Zender, Vice President of Communications, American Health Information Management Association; Mari Kate Costin, Director, E-Media Sales, Reed Business Information; and Steve Ennen, Director of Business Development, Neighborhood America presenting.

Slide Presentation on Interactive Content Management

At the ASBPE Chicago Chapter’s Feb. 12 dinner meeting, attendees learned about Interactive Content Management Concepts and Fundamentals. The speaker was Fred Maurer, vice president and principal of Glen Ellyn, Ill.,-based Go Media.

The presentation provided a nontechnical overview of Internet content management for business publications, including:
  • techniques for getting content from the writer’s/editor’s desktop to the Web.
  • data storage and content-maintenance tools.
